The Modern Ashes Urns are made from natural materials including silk, leather, and handmade paper. These Urns are designed to be kept at home for a time, if you wish (this has been found to be comforting for many people). Later, the ashes can be interred or scattered, leaving the Urn to become a treasured ‘Remembrance Box’ for keepsakes, inherited jewellery, service medals and condolence cards.

You may choose to keep the ashes for any length of time, the Ash Container can easily be opened and resealed to take out a keepsake. When you are ready to lay the ashes to rest the Biodegradable Ash Container is moisture soluble and will dissolve.
